The surgery is closed on November 7th 2024 at 12:30 for staff training. It will reopen on November 8th at 08:30am. Please call 111 or out of hours. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The branch surgery at Mackenzie Way has been proposed to close permanently at the end of this year. All patients can continue to receive the care and services from the main site at Old Road West. We are currently proceeding with a consultation phase with all stakeholders and patients registered at Mackenzie Way. If you have not received the survey, please contact our practice manager. The consultation will close on 18th November.

We have changed our appointments booking system to only at 08:30 for all day appointments. We have numerous phone lines with call back facility.

We have a physiotherapist working at the surgery. Please see your doctor who will be happy to refer you.

Take the "Friends and Family Test"!  All feedback is appreciated and you will find the results published on the NHS Choices website.

We now use a text message reminder service for appointments - please ensure we have your up to date mobile number in order to make use of the service.
