We are pleased to announce we have recruited a Community Paramedic who started with us on 1st July-Mrs Pallavi Pai. We also have another new salaried GP joining us on 3rd August-Dr Avanus Hong. We also had a new Salaried GP joining us on 1st June, Dr Sangeeta Thangjam. Finally we have a second Paramedic Practitioner, Kumar Anand, joining us on 1st November. Please welcome them all.


PLEASE NOTE ALL APPOINTMENTS WOULD BE A TELEPHONE CALL/TRIAGE AND ONLY VISIT THE SURGERY WHEN THE CLINICIAN ADVISES YOU TO. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK/COVERING FOR ALL FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS.

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE SURGERY HAS ACHIEVED AN OVERALL RATING OF GOOD AT OUR RECENT CQC INSPECTION.

Our surgery is now taking new patients. Please register at reception.

The surgery is closed everyday for lunchtime between 12:30 and 13:30. The phone lines will be open for emergency calls only during this time with normal service resuming at 13:30.

We are changing our appointments booking system to only at 08:30 for all day appointments.

A new paramedic joined us on 1st July-Mrs Pallavi Pai. We also have another new salaried GP joining us on 3rd August-Dr Avanus Hong. We also had a new Salaried GP joining us on 1st June, Dr Sangeeta Thangjam. Finally we have a second Paramedic Practitioner, Kumar Anand, joining us on 1st November. Please welcome them all. We also have a Clinical Pharmacist who can deal with all medication enquiries.

We have a physiotherapist working at the surgery. Please see your doctor who will be happy to refer you.

We are encouraging patients to sign up to the MyGP app which will help with online prescriptions and appointments. 

Take the "Friends and Family Test"!  All feedback is appreciated and you will find the results published on the NHS Choices website.

If you have any complaints regards any aspects of our services or a particular member please contact our Practice Manager who would address your concerns. We value positive feedback as well.  

We now use a text message reminder service for appointments - please ensure we have your up to date mobile number in order to make use of the service.
