Please note: We are currently making some further improvements to our main surgery premises on the first floor (phase 2). We are also building a single storey side extension to assist in ground floor consulting rooms. This work may cause some minor noise disturbance from time to time, for which we apologise. We will do all that we can to minimise noise or disruption while the surgery is open and thank you for your patience.

Take the "Friends and Family Test"! Next time you call in to either surgery, please take a moment to complete a very brief response slip to tell us how likely you would be to recommend us to your friends or family, if at all, on the basis of your latest experience. All feedback is appreciated and you will find the results published on the NHS Choices website.
If you cannot keep an appointment you have booked, please let us know so we can offer the time to another patient. All our patients would find it easier to book an appointment to suit them if there were fewer wasted appointments each week.
If you have any complaints regards any aspects of our services or a particular member please contact our Practice Manager, Ricki Wittenbaker in the first instance, who would address your concerns. We value positive feedback as well.
We now use a text message reminder service for appointments - please ensure we have your up to date mobile number in order to make use of the service. If you do not want to receive such reminders, simply reply "OPT OUT" to be removed from the service.
