Welcome to Old Road West Surgery

We have changed our appointments booking system to only at 08:30 for all day appointments. We have a combination of advanced telephone queries (2weeks),  face to face appointments and on the day telephone queries. We ask that you email (see below) the prescription clerks for any repeat medications.

We ask that all patients still wear a face mask when attending to see a clinician unless exempt and to be respectful to the staff who are working at the surgery. We have always been open throughout the pandemic and continue to provide the best service to our communities in the safest manner.

Booster vaccinations

The booster vaccination programme is opening up to all adults aged 18 and over. Eligibility will be opened up based on age.
